Environmental Protection Compliance Assessment Reports Assessment of Compliance with Selected Sections of the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation, Environmental Management - October 2005 - March 2006 This report assesses the degree of compliance that all Lower Mainland composting facilities are achieving with selected sections of the regulation. Composting facilities falling under an operational certificate or permit are considered separately. Composting facilities that are operating under the Mushroom Pollution Prevention Regulation or the Agricultural Waste Control Regulation were not assessed. This assessment did not examine the land application of biosolids and did not consider operations involved in the blending of biosolids to make soil amendments.
